How can I pay in the Nachtklang shop?
The following payment options are available in the Nachtklang Shop:
- Paypal
- Bank transfer (SEPA direct debit mandate)
- Klarna
- Credit card (via Stripe)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
If you encounter problems with one of these payment methods, please try another payment option or contact the support team of the respective payment provider.
What about copyright?
All Nachtklang samples and production tools are 100% royalty free. You can therefore use them in your productions without hesitation, as the purchase of the products grants you full usage rights by means of a licence.

Do the samples work in every DAW?
All samples are provided as high-quality wav. files that work in any DAW.
However, Ableton Live is required for the templates and effect racks. Please ensure that you have the necessary version of Ableton Live before purchasing those. The product description indicates which version of Ableton is required.
How do I receive the products I have purchased?
After purchasing a Nachtklang product, the product will be available for download immediately. You will also receive a payment confirmation email containing the download link.
If you're not able to download your purchase, please contact me through E-Mail with the following information:
- Name of the product purchased
- Date of purchase
- Payment method
- Your E-Mail address
Can I get a refund after purchasing a product?
As our products are digital content made available for instant download, the legal Right of Withdrawal (cancellation period) expires at the moment you access or download the files.
Please always check the system requirements for the products!
Here are a few points to note:
- All samples are sold as 24-bit WAV files and work with any DAW.
- All templates and effect racks are compatible exclusively with Ableton Live. Please make sure you have the required version before purchasing!
Why isn't the discount code working?
If a discount code isn’t working, you can try the following steps first:
- Make sure you’ve entered the code correctly (note that it is case-sensitive and includes special characters).
- Check whether the discount code has already expired. The licensor reserves the right to limit the validity of discount codes and/or to delete them. (Further information in the Terms and Conditions)
- Check whether you have already used the discount code. Each code can only be used once.
